From zero on Amazon to more than €110,000 in revenue in six months
LasDecorias creates handmade home décor from stabilised moss and wood. When the company entered Amazon in 2023, it had no previous experience on the platform and its products did not fit neatly into one obvious Amazon category.
Go2Market supported the launch from the beginning: configuring the seller account, registering the brand, selecting the first products, preparing the product pages and introducing Amazon Advertising.
The business started in Germany and subsequently expanded into France, Italy and the UK. Within the first six months of cooperation, revenue exceeded €110,000.

THE STARTING POINT
An established product business with no previous Amazon experience
LasDecorias already had experience in e-commerce, but Amazon was a new sales channel.
The company wanted to expand its distribution and enter new markets, beginning with Germany. The seller account had been created in 2023, but the wider Amazon operation still needed to be built from the ground up.
That meant introducing the client to the practical side of selling through Amazon, configuring Seller Central, selecting the initial assortment, creating product pages, publishing the range and preparing the first advertising campaigns.
Brand registration also formed part of the initial work.
THE CHALLENGE
The products did not have an obvious place in the Amazon catalogue
LasDecorias sells a distinctive range of handmade decorations made from stabilised moss and wood.
The products did not fit into one clearly defined Amazon category, which made the initial product and competitive analysis particularly important.
Rather than putting the whole range online immediately, Go2Market analysed the competition and worked with the client to select the first products for the marketplace.
This provided the starting point for building the initial Amazon offer.
PREPARING THE SELLER ACCOUNT AND BRAND
The client needed visibility and control over a completely new platform
At the beginning of the cooperation, Go2Market’s Compliance team configured the seller account.
The client then received training in Seller Central so that its team could monitor sales independently and generate the reports required for daily order fulfilment.
Go2Market and LasDecorias also went through the brand-registration process together, creating the foundation for developing the brand’s presence across European Amazon marketplaces.
The objective was not to make the client dependent on an external team for basic account visibility. LasDecorias retained the ability to follow its own sales and fulfilment activity as the operation developed.
SELECTING THE FIRST PRODUCTS
Competition research shaped the starting assortment
The unusual nature of the LasDecorias range meant that product selection could not rely on a straightforward category template.
Go2Market carried out an in-depth competitor analysis and used it with the client to choose the first products for the Amazon offer.
The assortment was then developed further as the business gained experience and customer interest increased.
Within the first six months, more than 200 unique products had been introduced across four markets, including several products offering full personalisation.
ADDING AMAZON HANDMADE
A more relevant route for handcrafted products
After the first months of selling, LasDecorias also joined Amazon Handmade.
The programme provided an additional route for presenting its handcrafted products and, according to the published case study, helped the business reach a broader audience.
For a range based on handmade moss and wood decorations, this became another part of the developing Amazon operation rather than something introduced before there was any marketplace experience to work from.
BUILDING DEMAND WITH AMAZON ADVERTISING
Paid activity supported the launch across four marketplaces
From the beginning of the project, Go2Market managed the advertising strategy within the agreed budget.
The account used automatic, branded, manual and defensive campaigns across Germany, France, Italy and the UK.
During the initial stage, sales depended heavily on advertising.
That relationship changed as the account developed.
After several months, the share of organic sales increased to 46% of total sales.
46%
share of organic sales reached after the initial advertising-led stage
This gave the business a sales mix that was no longer dependent solely on paid campaign activity.
EXPANDING MARKET BY MARKET
Germany came first. Other European marketplaces followed.
LasDecorias began its Amazon expansion in Germany.
As customer interest developed, the company progressively activated offers in France and Italy. The UK marketplace followed later.
By the point described in the case study, Go2Market was running advertising activity across all four markets and more than 200 unique products had been introduced across them.
The expansion therefore developed in stages rather than treating four countries as one simultaneous launch.
FBA AND FBM
The fulfilment model developed together with the sales operation
The LasDecorias case records the use of both FBA and FBM.
During the first six months of cooperation, the business also began selling through FBA.
This gave LasDecorias experience with more than one fulfilment model while the catalogue and European marketplace presence continued to develop.
THE RESULTS
More than €110,000 in the first six months
During the first half-year of cooperation, LasDecorias sold almost 1,200 products.
Their average selling price was €104.86.
Over the same period:
€110,000+ - Revenue generated during the first six months
Nearly 1,200 - Products sold
€104.86 - Average product price
200+ - Unique products introduced across four markets
46% - Share of organic sales reached after the initial advertising-led stage
Several promotional campaigns were also run during the period to test different approaches, while the business began using FBA alongside its existing operation.
WHAT CHANGED FOR LASDECORIAS
One new sales channel developed into a four-market operation
LasDecorias began the project without previous experience of selling on Amazon.
The published case study records that the cooperation enabled the company to start selling on the platform, enter additional markets, expand its product offer, develop the brand’s visual identity and promote the range.
Within the first six months, revenue exceeded €110,000.
The account subsequently covered Germany, France, Italy and the UK, while organic sales grew to represent 46% of total sales.

What the LasDecorias Amazon launch case study shows
The LasDecorias Amazon launch began with no previous marketplace experience and developed into an operation across Germany, France, Italy and the UK.
The process started with competitive analysis and product selection rather than publishing the full range immediately. Go2Market then supported Seller Central configuration, brand registration, product-page creation and Amazon Advertising before the operation developed across additional marketplaces.
Within the first six months, LasDecorias generated more than €110,000 in revenue, sold nearly 1,200 products and introduced more than 200 unique products across four markets. Organic sales also grew to represent 46% of total sales after the initial advertising-led stage.
Launching on Amazon with an unconventional product range
LasDecorias did not begin with products that fitted neatly into one established Amazon category.
Competitive analysis therefore played an important role in selecting the initial assortment and defining the first Amazon offer. The starting range was developed further as the business gained marketplace experience and customer interest increased.
Amazon Handmade was introduced after the first months of selling, providing another route for presenting the company’s handcrafted moss and wood decorations.
Expanding from one Amazon marketplace into four
Germany was the first Amazon marketplace used by LasDecorias.
France and Italy were added progressively as the operation developed, followed later by the UK. This meant the business expanded market by market rather than treating Germany, France, Italy and the UK as one simultaneous launch.
By the stage described in the case study, advertising was running across all four marketplaces and more than 200 unique products had been introduced.
Combining Seller Central, content and Amazon Advertising
The launch involved more than creating a Seller Central account.
Go2Market supported account configuration, brand registration, product selection, product-page development and Amazon Advertising. The advertising setup included automatic, branded, manual and defensive campaigns across the four marketplaces.
As the account developed, the share of organic sales increased to 46% of total sales.
Amazon launch results in context
The results belong specifically to LasDecorias, its products, marketplaces and the period described in the published case study.
They should not be treated as a forecast or guarantee for another Amazon launch.
What the case documents is the route LasDecorias followed: start with a defined range, learn from the first marketplace, develop demand and expand the operation as evidence becomes available.
